Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Cason was born and raised in the United Kingdom. He immigrated to America with his family and pursued his dental degree at Boston University, graduating magna cum laude. He then joined the military and moved to Texas where he attended the prestigious San Antonio Military Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency training program. Dr Cason is a board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (Diplomate status) and is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS). He works full time at a military hospital, where he also teaches as an assistant professor.
At his military job, he practices full scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He received extensive training in orthognathic surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, TMJ disorders, facial trauma and reconstruction, dental implants, oral pathology, bone grafting and of course, complicated surgical tooth extractions. He also received exemplary training in IV sedation and general anesthesia. He is certified in Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). Dr Cason is unbelievably excited to be taking care of our patients’ oral surgery needs with safety and comfort being top priority!
